San Billings was born and raised in America's South. She has been commissioned by well-known area businesses and through private treaty to create works for her clients. Her paintings, murals and other creations are prominent throughout the region. Her vision is a reflection of her personal association; a cognitive element possessed of a woman who understands the intrinsic beauty of her natural surroundings belonging to all things, and left undisturbed as nature intended.
